*Anyone wearing a RED lanyard and RED name badge has specifically asked not to be photographed. We appreciate your cooperation with this.
*Special memory time will include our songs “Run” and “Nessun Dorma”.
**Volunteers will be on hand to help you throughout the conference. Each volunteer and team member are enhanced DBS checked.
*** This hotel is a lot bigger than previous hotels so please know where your child/children are at all times! Whilst in hotel they are your responsibility, when out of the hotel our volunteers will take parental responsibility.
*Swimming is available please see main reception to book – Kids swims Thursday – Friday – 9am-12pm & 2pm-5pm Saturday – Sunday 9am – 12pm & 2pm-7pm
*Leisure facilities available please see main reception.
Please can you use the changing facilities that are available and dispose of dirty nappies in the correct bin. Please leave rooms as you would like to find them – it is much appreciated!
